The opening ceremony of the 7th Vladimir Dvorkovich Memorial has just been opened in Taganrog, Russia - this year the famous Russian arbiter would turn 75. Starting from last year the tournament is announced as international. This time the rating list is headed by Vladimir Belous, Vasily Papin, Dmitry Kryakvin.
