Slav 6.Ne5 Nbd7 7.Nxc4 Nb6 8.Ne5 a5 9.g3-TWIC 955

TWIC 955
Schandorff recommends 6.Ne5 against the Slav in Playing the Queen's Gambit so it's useful to keep up with new wrinkles. Sokolov's variation 6...Nbd7 7.Nxc4 Nb6 8.Ne5 a5 is a solid line where 9.Bg5 is Schandorff's repertoire move.

GM Gretarsson varied in the feature game with 9.g3, but this proved to be nothing special. White had to maneuver patiently until well into the endgame before getting a chance to break equality in the feature game.

The massage has been going on for a long time with white pressing on the kingside with a mobile majority and the bishop pair. What do you recommend for white now?
